The apartment for four persons is located in the old town of Monopoli, near the cathedral and 100 meters air distance from the shore. It is a typical "Casa a Torre", which develops from a private road access vertically over three floors; On the top floor it opens up to a spacious roof terrace.
During the renovation the floors with ornamental tiles and terrazzo stairs were preserved. All new parts merge with the old substance. The rooms have ceiling heights from 3.20 to 3.40 m.

The apartment is on the third floor of an old town house near Piazza Palmieri. The sleeping gallery and an alcove offer four beds. The large roof terrace offers a magnificent view over the roofs of the city and just a few meters away from the Adriatic Sea.
Fittings made of natural wood and the furniture with Italian design from the 1950s to 1970s create a homely atmosphere.
